  • We take the dumbbell with both hands, raise it above our head and bend our elbows at an angle of 90 degrees - our hands look back. We throw our hands up and return to the reverse position. We act intensively, repeat 30 times and stop in the initial position with arms bent at the elbow - stand for 30 seconds.
  • Take a weight in each hand and press it to your chest. Lunge with your right foot and throw your left arm forward, as in boxing. Then we alternate the left leg and right arm, respectively. Do 30 approaches.
  • Stand in a boxer's stance with your knees slightly bent and begin boxing with a weight. First, do four intense lunges with your arms forward, then four lunges from the bottom up - we emulate the athletes’ blows.
