The recipe is extremely simple.

Since I’m not much of a cook, I used to constantly overcook chicken breast, but with this recipe everything always turns out great. Just as the egg is fried, the breast is ready! It turns out juicy and tasty.

I beat the egg, add to the egg: chicken spices, garlic. I fill the breasts (I really like not the big breast, but the cat under it, among turkeys this is called the large breast and the small breast and they sell it separately, the small one is more expensive because it is more tender. I put the “large” chicken breast in cutlets, and the small one only in This recipe is delicious! Although you can cook both small and large ones this way, just cut the large one thinner first). You can pour it the day before; sometimes it stays in a jar in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. And maybe not for long.

Then just take it out and fry (I fry without oil).

Proportions: for 5-6 small breasts - 1 egg.

This recipe has been a lifesaver for me! I’ve been on the du-diet for almost 4 months, during which time I’ve lost 20 kg. I won’t say that this is a daily dish, but I cook it very often.

Chicken fillet fried in egg rich in vitamins and minerals such as: vitamin PP - 42.4%, potassium - 11.1%, magnesium - 19.9%, phosphorus - 23.8%, cobalt - 106%, molybdenum - 18.3%, chromium - 51.8%, zinc - 12.7%

Benefits of Chicken fillet fried in egg

  • Vitamin PP participates in redox reactions of energy metabolism. Insufficient vitamin intake is accompanied by disruption of the normal condition of the skin, gastrointestinal tract and nervous system.
  • Potassium is the main intracellular ion that takes part in the regulation of water, acid and electrolyte balance, participates in the processes of conducting nerve impulses and regulating pressure.
  • Magnesium participates in energy metabolism, synthesis of proteins, nucleic acids, has a stabilizing effect on membranes, and is necessary to maintain homeostasis of calcium, potassium and sodium. A lack of magnesium leads to hypomagnesemia, an increased risk of developing hypertension and heart disease.
  • Phosphorus takes part in many physiological processes, including energy metabolism, regulates the acid-base balance, is part of phospholipids, nucleotides and nucleic acids, and is necessary for the mineralization of bones and teeth. Deficiency leads to anorexia, anemia, and rickets.
  • Cobalt is part of vitamin B12. Activates enzymes of fatty acid metabolism and folic acid metabolism.
  • Molybdenum is a cofactor for many enzymes that ensure the metabolism of sulfur-containing amino acids, purines and pyrimidines.
  • Chromium participates in the regulation of blood glucose levels, enhancing the effect of insulin. Deficiency leads to decreased glucose tolerance.
  • Zinc is part of more than 300 enzymes, participates in the processes of synthesis and breakdown of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, nucleic acids and in the regulation of the expression of a number of genes. Insufficient consumption leads to anemia, secondary immunodeficiency, liver cirrhosis, sexual dysfunction, and fetal malformations. Research in recent years has revealed the ability of high doses of zinc to disrupt the absorption of copper and thereby contribute to the development of anemia.

Of all the varieties of meat, I love chicken the most, and so does my husband... although he is not an ardent meat eater at all. So I decided to fry him some chicken chops. I do this extremely rarely, since we rarely eat fried food with him, but I asked him to, and I think I’ll do it.

To do this, we actually need chicken meat (I take fillet, it’s very convenient to work with).

I wash the meat under running water and cut it into pieces. Each “block” is cut in half, and then I look at how to cut it more conveniently, it turns out to be about 10 pieces, but they will be quite large when I cut them off.

I sprinkle with ground black pepper and add a little salt.

You can, of course, prepare various marinades, and simply keep them in mayonnaise or kefir, but I didn’t have time for that this time.

I beat each piece with a hammer, first with large teeth, then turn over and then with small ones.

The pieces are quite large. Here they are all.

Next I will need vegetable oil, flour and eggs. Oil for frying - I pour it just a little and once, only at first, just like I work with pancakes. I break the eggs and mix them with a fork, this is the so-called batter)). Well, flour for breading.

Each piece goes through several stages.

First the flour. Dip on both sides.

Then we put it in batter. We also dip each piece on both sides.

And put it in a frying pan, which should be very hot.

And so I lay out the chops, as much as can fit, and fry them for a couple of minutes on each side; if you want them deeply fried, then the time should be longer.

The second pass turns out more fried, apparently due to the remaining batter, and due to the fact that I no longer add oil.

Then, after frying, I place the chops on a piece of paper to absorb the remaining residue as much as possible. vegetable oil, I also blot it with kitchen towels.

Well, that’s all, actually! Any side dish can be prepared - porridge, spaghetti, mashed potatoes...

Bon appetit!
