Candy is, if not the best gift, then at least a universal one. They also often make a great addition to any gift. And so that they correspond to the moment and are more presentable, you should take care of competent presentation: for example, make a basket or bouquet, for which “Raffaello” or “Ferrero” are most often used. How to do this? What bouquet options can you come up with?
The easiest way to arrange a bouquet of “Raffaello”, which does not require master classes, is the traditional arrangement in a basket. For it you only need a sufficient amount of candies equal to the number of desired “buds”, several pieces of corrugated paper, as well as wooden sticks (15-20 cm), tape, thin wire or strong thread, PVA glue. You also need a small wicker basket and a piece of foam rubber equal in diameter to the size of the bottom of the basket.
Rectangles are cut out of corrugated paper, equal in height to the height of the candy, but with an increase of 3-4 cm - this will be the fixation zone, as well as the upper edge of the petal. Each rectangle on any of the short sides needs to be rounded, slightly stretched in the middle. The petals are laid overlapping on the candy, so that the finished bud is not in bloom. The paper is fixed with glue and tied to a wooden stick with thread or wire.
The finished “flowers” are stuck with wooden sticks into the foam rubber that filled the bottom of the basket; between them you can place any opaque material (for example, fabric), as well as artificial leaves and flowers, or empty paper buds that do not have a candy center.
The most delicate and voluminous option is obtained if you use organza. True, you will need a lot of material. For a bouquet of a classic size, a cut of 2-3 m is used, provided that its width is standard - 1.5 m. In addition, to create an internal rigid frame and petals, you need corrugated paper, like a traditional packaging material, as well as thick wire, which will play the role of stems of future flowers - its length should be 25-30 cm. In addition, you need the candies themselves, not taken out of the wrappers (a regular box of 15 pieces), several versions of adhesive tape (thin and slightly wider), small beads and satin matching ribbons for decorating the finished bouquet, and tools in the form of scissors, rulers, glue gun or PVA glue, simple threads.
Regarding organza, needlewomen in their master classes with bouquets from “Raffaello” strongly advise you to pay attention to the fact that you should not purchase fabric in a regular sewing store: such organza will certainly crumble, as a result of which it will have to be carefully processed. It is recommended to contact a florist shop where special organza for bouquets is available - it has higher density, and its edges do not crumble when working with the material.
The starting stage is the creation of full-fledged flowers that will make up the future bouquet. To do this, take a thick wire, already cut into twigs of 25-30 cm, and bend its upper end into a small, flat loop using pliers. Its size should not exceed 0.5-0.7 cm. Then rectangles measuring 7*7 cm are cut out of corrugated paper of the selected color; their corners can be slightly rounded on top. Use your fingers to slightly deform the paper in the middle so that it takes the shape of a hemisphere.
Now the Raffaello candy, with any of its “tails,” sits on the wire loop, and with its “tail” completely hugs it. Using regular cotton thread, this area must be carefully wrapped, first above the loop, then under it. This technique guarantees maximum fixation. However, it will be duplicated: the candy core of the future flower must be “embraced” with petals cut out of corrugated paper, after which they are also wrapped above and below the loop. And in order to hide the thread, 8 * 8 squares are cut out of the same paper, in the amount of 2-3 pieces, their upper corners are also rounded, and these petals overlap on the finished bud, fixed with glue: either PVA or a glue gun will do . Or you can take green paper and cut out sepals from it, as well as a thin long ribbon that will wrap around the wire to make the stem more vibrant. The resulting flowers must be set aside to allow the glue to dry.
How to pack a bouquet of sweets in organza? Now the remaining materials will be used. A rectangle measuring 30*50 cm is cut out of corrugated paper and set aside. The organza is folded in half so that its width is 75 cm, the length remains the same. Small beads are sewn randomly onto either half along its outer side. Then all the candy flowers are collected in a common bundle, their stems are tied to each other with wide tape, and the bouquet is packaged on top first in corrugated paper, and then in organza. It is fixed between layers of fabric and paper with glue, and on top with a satin ribbon as a decorative element.

Step-by-step instructions for forming a flower
From green paper, cut out rectangles approximately 9 cm wide and 12 cm long, obtained by cutting the total length of the paper into 4 parts. From red paper, cut out rectangles approximately 9 cm long and 6 cm wide, obtained by cutting the total length of the paper into 8 parts.
Fold the green rectangle in half, as shown in the photo, then in half again and cut the paper so that you get three long triangles, then unfold it, this blank will be used to make a stem with leaves for one flower. Fold the red rectangle in half, as shown in the photo, then cut the corner with scissors, rounding it and cutting it in small waves, unfold it, then draw the edge of the scissors along the long side of the workpiece, while the paper will be rolled into a tube, you get a petal for a flower with a folded edge.
Divide the wire for the stems in half, it turns out to be 18 cm long, wrap the candy in a petal, fold the edges once, then twice and wrap with wire so as to fasten the ends of the candy wrapper to the ends of the petal.
Take the second petal, run a glue stick along the bottom edge along the entire length and wrap it around the first petal, pinch the bottom edge, straighten the petal, take the third petal and do the same, you will need 8 petals for one flower.
Lubricate the blank for the stem with leaves with a glue stick, except for the leaves themselves, wrap it around the flower, straighten the leaves, twist the stem around the wire.
Take a beading wire, make a bead through it, bend the upper end into a loop with nail scissors. Then thread the protruding end into the bead, pull the wire, and you will get a small round loop on top. Then twist the wire under the bead so that the bead cannot roll, secure it and, comparing it with the length of the flower, cut off exactly the same length from the wire.
Take 2 flowers and twist their stems together, then twist the stem of the third flower with the common stem of two flowers, and do the same with all the others, 7 flowers in total. Take the wire with the bead and place it between the two outer flowers, twist it with the common wire, do the same with all the wires, there are 6 in total.
Fold the wrapping paper along its entire length into an accordion, and thread a red ribbon through the tag.
Wrap the wrapping paper around the bouquet so that the upper part is expanded in a circle, and the lower part is narrowed. Tie the bouquet with a ribbon with a tag and tie a bow. Bouquets of Raffaello sweets for beginners are ready!
