In such a situation, it is not necessary to roll back the Windows 7 system or reinstall the operating system. It is enough to carry out a set of actions to O optimization and acceleration of Windows 7, some of which we will discuss with you.

Removing programs from startupWindows 7
The first step to speeding up Windows 7 begins with speeding up the operating system startup. In order to avoid waiting for various programs to launch when you start Windows 7, you need to remove unnecessary programs from there.
To do this, launch the “Start” menu and type the word “msconfig” in the search bar, then launch the utility that appears in the search results. In the window that opens, delete unnecessary programs.

The paging file can be said to be an extension of the computer's RAM. Each computer has a certain amount of RAM, and when running programs, each program takes up a certain amount of this memory. If you run a large number of processes on your computer at the same time, the amount of RAM may not be enough. In such situations, Windows connects the page file, that is, a certain section of the hard drive for RAM.
In order to configure the swap file, go to "Control panel" launch the “System” section, follow the link "Advanced system settings". A window will open "System Properties", at point "Performance" Click on the “Options” button.
Now a window will open "Performance Options" in which we go to the tab "Additionally" and at point "Virtual Memory" click the “Change” button.
After the window opens "Virtual Memory", you need to adjust the size of the paging file.
Firstly, the paging file must not be on the same drive as the operating system. Secondly, the size of the swap file needs to be set to twice the RAM on the computer. I have 4 GB of RAM on my computer, so I set the page file size to 8 GB -8000 MB.
But, if you use a laptop or netbook, it would be better to allocate space for RAM not from the hard drive, but to increase the RAM by connecting a USB device to the computer using ReadyBoost technology.

I’ll say right away that a noticeable effect from this method of speeding up Windows 7 can only be expected by users of laptops and netbooks. The essence of the ReadyBoost technology is that if there is a lack of RAM, you do not need to buy additional RAM, but use a simple flash drive as RAM.
To do this, insert the flash drive into the USB port, then open “My Computer” and right-click on the USB device, select “Properties”. A window will open "Removable disk properties" in which we go to the “ReadyBoost” tab. Then enable the item "Provide this device for ReadyBoost technology".
